Our website inventory is updated DAILY!


We accept Discover, American Express, MasterCard, VISA, checks and cash


When visiting our store closed-toe shoes are best -

but for safety and health reasons ABSOLUTELY NO BARE FEET!

Are your Prices negotiable?

Our prices are FAIR and FIRM.


Can I return my purchase if ( it doesn't fit, I changed my mind, or husband says NO WAY....)?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no returns. We recommend you measure carefully and be sure before you purchase. 


Can you hold an item for me so I can check my measurements?

DURING OUR STORE WIDE SALES, WE WILL NOT PUT ITEMS "ON HOLD"

You may put up to 3 items (or one set of items) on hold until close the following business day. We can hold merchandise for 24 hours. No Exceptions. After 24 hours the item will be returned to the website inventory and made available to all for purchase. 


I don't have my truck today. Can I leave my "paid for" merchandise with you?

In the event that you are unable to take your merchandise home at the time of purchase, we understand and will do our best to accommodate and help you in any way we can to get your treasures home. 

Unfortunately, we have found it necessary to have the following policies (guidelines) in place: 


  1. Items may be left in our store for up to seven days.
  2. After seven calendar days from date of purchase, Maggie's Farm, LLC will not be held responsible for condition of merchandise.
  3. After seven calendar days from date of purchase $10 per day Storage Fee will be assessed.
  4. After 90 days from purchase, merchandise will be considered abandoned.


If you are unable to pick up your property during our regular business hours, just call and we will gladly arrange an after hours pick up.


Do you offer delivery?

No


Do you ship?  MINIMUM ORDER TOTAL $25.00

We are happy to ship your purchases of smaller items, such as hardware, lighting fixtures, cut-to-size old glass, and some windows. We will quote you rates and offer you the choice between UPS, FedEx or USPS. In most cases shipments go out on the day of purchase. However, much of our inventory is too large for these carriers - doors, many windows, shutters, plumbing fixtures and mantels. We do not have a freight carrier. In these cases, the buyer is responsible for arranging the shipment.


Why doesn't your Website have a shopping cart?

Due to the nature of our inventory, we prefer to help you personally, on the phone (preferred) or by e-mail. This will allow us to verify the item(s) availability and discuss with you any issues or flaws that may not be apparent on the website. We want you to be happy with your purchase! 


Do you offer Lay-A-Way or accept deposits?

We require payment in full on all purchases.

Do you accept consignments or trades?

What is the best way to show you my items for sale?

We do not accept consignments or trades. If you have items of interest to us, we would purchse them outright from you. To get the process started, please refer to our "SELLER INFORMATION" page.


Is your store wheelchair / stroller accessible?
No, We only have a freight elevator in which persons are prohibited from traveling on


Is your store safe for my children?


Children are always welcome, but for their safety, parents should closely monitor and supervise their children at all times. We do our best to remove hazards, but our merchandise can sometimes have sharp edges, exposed nails, or other dangers.


Parents of babies and very young children should be aware that there is a good deal of lead paint in our store. When visiting us, be sure to check for paint chips on and around the stroller, on shoes, etc.

We all know how BABIES PUT EVERYTHING IN THEIR MOUTHS!


Are dogs allowed in your store? 

Dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved, on a leash, and do not disturb other customers.
